The client who purchases on the website www.autotaps.com has the right to return the products and/or to ask for replacement, within 14 days from the receiving date, explaining the reasons.
The client who applies for this right must communicate following informations to the e-mail adress: firstname.lastname@example.org:
- order confirmation date and invoice/ receipt number;
- if the request is related to a part of the purchase, specify which and how many products is intended to be returned;
- Payment account coordinates where the refund must be sent.
Following rules apply to the right of return/ replacement:
- even if open, the product must be in perfect conditions and not installed;
- if applicable, the product tag must be still attached;
- the packaging must still be intact
- the right of return/replacement must be communicated within 14 days from purchase date;
- all products will be inspected and if the rules haven't been followed, then Autotaps UK Limited has the right to refuse the replacement and/or the refund.
If the request respects all the rules, Autotaps UK Limited will provide the refund of the amount within 14 Days from the acceptance on the communicated payment account.
Autotaps UK Limited does not refund any payment commission, nor the shipping cost, that remain a cost for the customer.
Also, the shipping of the products intended to be returned or replaced is a cost for the customer.
If all these rules are not followed, then the amount already paid cannot be refunded.
